Zero Audio Recording: The tuner uses mathematical autocorrelation algorithms directly in your phone's memory to calculate pitch frequencies (Hz). No audio is ever saved to disk or broadcasted.

To provide Swarit as a free application on Google Play, we integrate industry-standard third-party SDKs that operate under their respective privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): Displays non-intrusive banner and native advanced advertisements. Google AdMob may collect pseudonymous device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and non-personal diagnostic telemetry in accordance with the Google Advertising Privacy Policy.

4. Local Data Storage and User Control
All your song lyrics, chord charts, transliterations, scales, setlists, and app preferences are stored locally on your device in secure app-private storage.
- Full Vault Backup: You can export an encrypted JSON backup file of your entire song collection at any time.
- Instant Data Erasure: Clearing app data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app permanently erases all locally stored content from your phone.
- Zero Mandatory Logins: The current Google Play edition works 100% offline without requiring registration or social account connection.
5. Future Cloud Sync and Private User Vault (Upcoming Opt-In)
In upcoming updates, Swarit will offer an optional cloud sync and sign-in feature to allow musicians to seamlessly backup and restore their private collections across multiple devices.
Strict Private Access Guarantee: Cloud collections will be strictly private to your authenticated account. Only you will be able to view, edit, and access your saved songs and setlists. No other users, public feeds, or third parties will have access to your vault.
- Strictly Opt-In: Cloud sync will be entirely optional. You may continue using Swarit in full offline guest mode at any time.
- Private Storage Only: Stored data is limited exclusively to your personal song collections, chord annotations, and setlists.
- Encrypted Transmission: All cloud synchronization utilizes industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption and secure authentication tokens.
- Right to Deletion: You will have one-tap ability to delete your cloud account and purge all synced collections permanently from the servers.
6. Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR)
Swarit is a general audience musical utility tool. We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
7. Security Measures
We implement industry best practices, including sandboxed application storage and TLS/HTTPS encrypted connections for all external network requests (such as ad delivery and online pitch standards), ensuring your usage remains private and secure.
